- Koe builds a complete scene-by-scene storyboard with frames, characters, and director-style notes in under a minute.
- Per-scene controls let you direct camera, motion, mood, lighting, duration, and which character appears.
- Approve every scene before you spend on a full render (storyboard mode), regenerate any scene, and swap the video model per shot.
- Edit on a real timeline and export a single mp4. Director Mode is an in-editor AI copilot that helps you plan and direct.
